Anke is a non-judgemental, deep listener, known for her honest, caring, and approachable nature.
Anke is passionate about working with clients navigating life on the Autism spectrum, from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and women adjusting to life transitions like pregnancy and motherhood.
Anke is available in-person at our Thornbury location and via Telehealth.

Anke uses an integrative approach tailored to each client and prioritises evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including:

Solution-Focused Therapy.
Her work is also informed by mindfulness and somatic principles.
Psychometric assessment is another key component of her practice and helps to inform therapy goals and monitor progress.
