Sarah’s approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored. She draws on evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) to help her clients better understand their experiences, learn practical coping tools, and work towards meaningful change.
Alongside her clinical work, Sarah is involved in teaching and research, including in connecting and working with nature, exploring how nature can be a powerful tool for healing and personal growth.
