Ready to explore neurodiversity?
Neurodivergence doesn't look the same for everyone. If these experiences feel familiar, speaking with a psychologist can help you better understand your patterns and decide whether an assessment or ongoing support is appropriate.
Are we right for you?
| YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF… | WE MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF… |
|---|---|
| You want honest, direct feedback | You’re currently in acute crisis |
| You want to understand yourself more deeply | You need long-term or open-ended support |
| You want practical tools, not just insight | You’re looking for a space to vent without change goals |
| You’re willing to try new ways of thinking and behaving | Your needs require intensive treatment |
| You’re ready to actively work between sessions | You’re less than 18 years of age |
